OBJECTIVE

The energy policy developed by the regional government focuses on the promotion in all sectors of Madrid society of saving and energy efficiency and the use of endogenous energy resources of a renewable nature. For this, it carries out numerous actions, including those of an informative nature.

Energy self-consumption has been subject to recent regulatory changes of great significance, through Royal Decree-Law 15 / 2018, of 5 in October, urgent measures for energy transition and consumer protection, and Royal Decree 244 / 2019, of 5 of April, by which the administrative, technical and economic conditions of the self-consumption of electrical energy are regulated.

In this context, the General Directorate of Industry, Energy and Mines organizes this Conference on energy self-consumption in the Community of Madrid, which will analyze the new regulatory framework, its application for different energy self-consumption technologies and its potential in our region .

OBJECTIVE

Thanks to the Internet and social networks, business customers and consumers are increasingly able to learn about the topics that interest them.

They analyze different products and services before a purchase and expect maximum flexibility from manufacturers.
For this reason, they often do not want to buy the product that a company offers them, but to decide exactly the product they want and need.

This trend towards customizing products requires high flexibility in production, which integrates customers and companies into the same value-added chain, and which is based on alliances between companies from different sectors.

Therefore, on the one hand the objective of the companies is the standardization and the production of a high number of units. But, on the other hand, customers demand increasingly personalized products. The connected industry or 4.0 Industry offers solutions for both
requirements, through contact networks, self-configuration and self-diagnosis.

The concept of 4.0 Industry is settling deep into the business fabric and becoming an essential part of production processes.

The objective of this Conference is to deepen the concept of Industry 4.0 as an engine of modernization of the Madrid industrial sector.

OBJECTIVE
The conditions that the packaged products must comply with from the metrological point of view, as well as the controls that must be carried out to guarantee the correspondence of the nominal quantity, marked on the container, with the effective content of the same, are regulated in Spain by Royal Decree 1801 / 2008, of 3 in November, which came to update and complete existing regulations in our country since the beginning of the 80 years.

This provision is the transposition of 76 / 211 / CEE Council Directives, of 20 of January of 1976, relative to the approximation of the legislations of the Member States on the mass or volume preconditioning of certain products in pre-prepared containers and the 2007 / 45 / CE of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 5 of September of 2007, by which establish norms regarding the nominal quantities for products preenvasados, repeal the Directives 75 / 106 / CEE and 80 / 232 / CEE of the Council and amending Council Directive 76 / 211 / EEC.

However, despite the fact that the aforementioned regulation already has many years of history, many manufacturers of this type of product have many doubts regarding how it should be applied and the conditions that must be met by the equipment or procedures involved in the control of the effective content. of them to meet the requirements set out in it.

Taking into account this scenario, the Directorate General of Industry, Energy and Mines organizes this informative day in order to analyze in detail the content of Royal Decree 1801 / 2008, of 3 in November, and to clarify the possible doubts that may arise in its application.

The day is especially addressed to the manufacturers and distributors of packaged products, to the suppliers of weighing instruments involved in the process of control of the same and to the competent bodies in monitoring their effective content. In the course of this will be exposed the main obligations that must meet the manufacturers to meet the regulatory requirements, as well as the fundamental aspects that are verified in the inspections conducted by the Directorate General of Industry, Energy and Mines to verify compliance.

OBJECT
One of the pillars of the energy policy developed by the regional government is the promotion of savings and energy efficiency in all sectors of society in Madrid. This policy translates into several lines of action, among which is the promotion of cogeneration, especially in the business sector.

Through cogeneration systems, thermal and electrical energy is produced simultaneously, from a single process of primary energy consumption, directly at the consumption points, which allows users to use this heat and electricity in their industries or buildings, pouring or no surplus or unused electrical energy to the network.

In this Conference will be announced the applicable regulation, the current state of technology and several success stories, allowing those responsible for companies to identify how to produce and consume their own energy.

More than half of the final energy consumption of the Community of Madrid corresponds to the transport sector. It is also the main responsible for the bad rates of air pollution and originates a third of the emissions of greenhouse gases.

Therefore, it is very important to act in this sector to improve energy efficiency, which is a basic objective of the Regional Government's energy policy.

This Conference will analyze in detail the emerging technologies in mobility, which have already begun to progressively replace conventional vehicles.

OBJECTIVE

The sector services and industrial appear in third and fourth position in what refers to greater consumption of final energy in the Community of Madrid.

For this reason, it is essential to adopt the necessary measures by taking advantage of renewable energy sources to reduce their energy consumption, leading to a reduction in costs in companies. One of these measures is the use of solar energy, both through photovoltaic and thermal technology.

The Directorate General of Industry, Energy and Mines organizes this day in order to allow those responsible for the companies to identify the best way to produce and consume their own energy, by knowing the applicable regulations and the current state of the technology.
