Project for free online training for SMEs and freelancers in the process of digitization and online sales, developed in collaboration with the Community of Madrid and Amazon.
Many SMEs they are meeting new challenges in your business as a consequence of the change in consumer trends and after the consequences of the pandemic suffered.
The possibility of doing grow business through online commerce It is a reality, which allows complementing the already consolidated position that small businesses have in proximity sales. Aspects such as internationalization, effective customer loyalty, the development of marketing campaigns, etc… are potentialities that must be offered to businesses in the Community of Madrid.
For this reason, the Community of Madrid, from the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment (General Directorate of Commerce and Consumption) and Amazon Despega, along the lines already developed in other Autonomous Communities, have signed a Collaboration agreement to support small businesses in the region, to make available to SMEs and the self-employed some free training sessions, in order to train them in the process of digitization and online sales.
Webinar 1 live: First steps in online sales
Target audience:
This webinar is aimed at SMEs and freelancers who already have a product portfolio and want to acquire the basics to start selling online. Companies operating both in the sales to the final consumer (B2C) and between companies (B2B) sectors that have little or no sales experience in digital channels.

Companies operating both in the sectors of sale to the final consumer (B2C) and between companies (B2B). A maximum of 2 participants per company will be accepted.
