Communication is in charge of managing the messages, objectives, actions and achievements of the Transfusion Center through the means and communication tools available to it in order to contribute to the greater knowledge of this organization and its activities as well as its purposes: the promotion, management and coordination in the Community of Madrid of blood donation, bone marrow and umbilical cord blood donation.
Functions
- Relations with the media in coordination with the Press Office of the Ministry of Health, for the dissemination of news related to the different activities of the Center.
- Preparation of press releases, calls for events, management of requests for information from the media.
- Collaboration and support when necessary, to those responsible for the Hospital Press, in the dissemination of news related to blood or marrow donation.
- Preparation of informative dossiers.
- Communication management in crisis situations.
- Control and registration of impacts in the media.
- Supervision of the content and design of brochures, leaflets, reports and other publications.
- Supervision and development of the web pages of the Transfusion Center. Maintenance in collaboration with Promotion.
- Supervision of contents in the RRSS of the CTCM and management in collaboration with the Department of Promotion.
- Coordination of content and image of the institutional campaigns of the Transfusion Center.
- Coordination of institutional graphic and audiovisual production.
- Support in the organization of acts and institutional events.
- Communication support to the Center management.
