Complaints, suggestions and thanks

  • Through this page, the Ministry of Health offers you a means of communication so that you can inform the Health Administration of any deficiencies, delays or anomalies that you perceive in the provision of your health services.

    The claims and suggestions made by this means will not be considered an administrative appeal, nor will their presentation suspend the terms for the exercise of judicial or administrative actions that may correspond to them by law.

    Excluded from this procedure, and will be governed by its specific rules, are Administrative Claims prior to judicial proceedings for Patrimonial Responsibility of the Administration, Claims upon discharge of Temporary Disability processes and the exercise of rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition granted by the Data Protection Law.
