Record of processing activities (RAT)

The regulations on data protection require that each data controller prepare, update and publish an inventory of the data processing carried out. This is the Record of Personal Data Processing Activities (RAT), and must contain, for each activity, the information established by the regulations, such as who is responsible for the treatment and their contact details, the purposes of the treatment, if it is planned to carry out international data transfers, communication of data to third parties or the data retention period, among other information.
