The enougho is a document through which a Lawyer of the Community of Madrid declares that the faculties or powers of one or more natural persons are sufficient to act on behalf of and on behalf of a certain legal person in carrying out certain actions before the Community of Madrid. It is usually required to be able to attend public contract tenders and contract with the Administration, to endorse or accept endorsements of work certifications, to request public aid and subsidies, etc.
Application
Service Request
People who request the administrative service consisting of sufficient powers to act before the Community of Madrid should contact the Legal Services of the Ministries, by email, in order to make said request and receive instructions on the scanned documentation to be submitted and on the procedure to self-assess and enter the updated amount of the corresponding fee, a requirement without which the administrative action will not be initiated.
The taxpayer, once the fee has been paid, and prior to the provision of the administrative service, must direct or submit to the corresponding Legal Service the corresponding "copy for the Community" of Model 030 of the fee. Said Service will verify that it has been filled in correctly and that the updated amount of the fee has been paid. Next, it will process the requested service within a maximum of three working days, adjusting to the instructions of the corresponding responsible body.
In the case of the enough necessary for the registration in the computerized Register of representatives of credit institutions, mutual guarantee companies and insurance companies that provide guarantees before the Community of Madrid provided for in the Order of April 2, 2004 of the Ministry of Finance ( BOCM, of April 15, 2004) must be requested, by email, before the Legal Service in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment: servicejuridico.ecohac@madrid.org
Enough must be requested via email, preferably in the Ministry before which power will be asserted.

Presentation
The corresponding document justifying the payment of the fee will be presented to the Legal Service to which it corresponds to carry out the accounting, together with the documentation to be approved.
Term
If the documentation presented is correct and sufficient, the request will be processed within 3 business days, sending it to the applicant by email.
If the documentation presented is incomplete or defective, or if it is necessary to present additional documentation, the Legal Service will contact the applicant, normally by telephone, to request the correction of the omission or defect, or the presentation of the necessary documentation. . Once the documentation has been corrected or submitted, the assessment will be carried out within 3 business days, sending it by email.
Important note: The deadline for issuing the certificate is three business days, so requests are requested to be submitted sufficiently in advance of the deadline for submitting the certificate to the competent administrative body.

Additional information
The non-fulfilment of the amount for reasons of legal insufficiency of the powers to act of the taxpayer will not generate the return of the income made by the self-assessment.
A new payment of the fee will not be necessary to assert the power, in the sense to which the enough has been referred, before any bodies of the Autonomous Administration.
