Payments to Creditors of the Community of Madrid

To request the issuance of a certificate, you may present the application, together with the required documentation,

-in person, in any of the Registration Assistance Offices of the Community of Madrid, of the General Administration of the state, of other autonomous Communities, of City Councils of the Community of Madrid adhered to the Network of Integrated Citizen Service Offices, Post Offices and Diplomatic Representations or Consular Offices of Spain abroad.

Have all the documentation that you are going to present ready, before accessing management.

To submit the application and documentation online, through the electronic registry of the Ministry, it is necessary to have an electronic DNI or one of the Electronic certificates recognised by the Region of Madrid.
In the application, the option of receiving notifications electronically is possible, as long as the user is registered in the Telematic Notification System of the Community of Madrid, and to authorize the consultation of certain documents, exempting them from the obligation to present them.
Once the application is registered, the service is enabled "consultation of records", from where you can provide documents and send communications referring to your request.

- Certificate of outstanding payments: It includes the payments that the Community of Madrid has pending to pay to the interested applicant, on the date of issuance of the certificate.

- Personal Income Tax Certificate or Companies: Collects the withholdings and payments on account for said concepts, made by the Community of Madrid to the interested applicant.

- Certificate of grants/invoices: Collects the amount of the subsidies granted by the Community of Madrid or the invoices paid, in favor of the interested applicant, during a certain period of time.

- Certificate of Guarantees and Deposits: collects the situation of the guarantees and deposits presented by the interested party before the Caja de Depósitos de la Comunidad de Madrid

The Creditors and Debtors of the Community of Madrid have access to modify both the personal data and the bank details that appear in our Third Party Database.

To do so, they must submit the modification request, together with the required documentation,

The request for modification can be made by the Expenditure Management Center of the Community of Madrid, the interested party or a representative of the same, having to prove their representation in the latter case.
