Subsidies intended to finance investment projects that promote the autonomy of users and the person-centered care model and for the acquisition of technical and technological equipment for social service centers that carry out their activity in the territorial area of ​​the Madrid's community.

The subsidies will be aimed at transforming the long-term care model towards more person-centred care, promoting deinstitutionalized care, generating spaces adapted to the needs of users, promoting innovation and modernization of the centers and the acquisition of technical and technological equipment to improve therapeutic intervention and facilitate the contact of users with their social and digital environment

ABOUT REGULATIONS

Target:

2. Public administrations and bodies and other entities governed by public law, as well as public companies and commercial companies wholly or majority-owned by the public administrations that own the properties.
3. Communities of owners, or groups of communities of owners constituted in accordance with the provisions of the regulations on Horizontal property or equivalent in foral regulations of application.
4. Owners who, as a group, are owners of buildings that meet the requirements established by article 396 of the Civil Code and have not granted the constitutive title of horizontal property.
5. Cooperative societies made up of a group of owners of homes or buildings that meet the requirements established in article 396 of the Civil Code, as well as by the owners that make up communities of owners or groups of communities of owners constituted in accordance with the provisions of the regulations on Horizontal property, and by cooperatives under a regime of transfer of use of their homes.
6. Leasing companies or concessionaires of the buildings, as well as cooperatives that accredit said condition, by means of a current contract, which grants them the express power to undertake the rehabilitation works that are the object of the program.
