What can I do in Phase 2?
Recommendations
General
- Use of mask
- Frequent handwashing with soap and water for 40 seconds or with a hydroalcoholic solution (every 1-2 hours)
- Avoid touching your face, nose, eyes and mouth
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue or your elbow
- Safety distance of 2 meters
- Stay home if you have a fever or respiratory symptom and contact the health center.
Further information:
On the street
- Conform an order similar to that of traffic regulations
- Walk on the right side of the sidewalk
- Respect the distance of 2 meters
- If you meet an acquaintance, avoid physical contact
At home
- Take the stairs whenever possible
- Wear different clothes on the street and at home
- Wash your hands before touching household objects and surfaces
- Shower after coming from the street
- Clean glasses, mobile phone and keys with a cloth and soap or 70° alcohol
- Avoid sharing personal items
- Wash clothes and dishes with hot water from 60°
- Ventilate all rooms daily
At work
- Disinfect contact surfaces (tables, computers) once a day and at shift change
- Avoid direct contact with massive handling objects (buttons, day recorders)
- Protective barrier in case of work facing the public
- Keep the doors of the establishment open so as not to touch knobs
For the elderly
- Avoid crowded places
- Sit on benches: one per person or two (one at each end)
- Express checkouts in supermarkets and special attention from employees
- Promote home deliveries
- Seat preference in public transport
- Telematic contact in public administrations
for the entrepreneur
- Promote teleworking, especially for the highly vulnerable population.
- Staff job ladder strategies
- Staff division strategies with schedules or on alternate days.
- Prepare a specific work safety plan for COVID-19 (screens, safety distances between workstations, redistribution of spaces)
- Hydroalcoholic solution dispensers at the entrances and exits of work centers and common areas.
- Keep the doors of the establishment open so as not to touch knobs.

The virus is still there. It is important to follow the prevention recommendations: always wear a mask, wash your hands frequently, keep a safe distance and use a disposable handkerchief or the crook of your elbow when coughing or sneezing. Remember to maintain strict cleaning and protect the most vulnerable population. If you have symptoms, stay home and call your health center.
