The Community of Madrid intervenes in an extensive set of movable and immovable property and archaeological sites with the aim of achieving its conservation, restoration and enhancement.

Any intervention on cultural heritage assets must respect their historical, artistic and cultural values, requires prior authorization and must follow the uses and intervention criteria included in current legislation.

Interventions are carried out by qualified professionals and multidisciplinary teams and are accompanied by exhaustive processes of prior and subsequent documentation: drafting of projects, memories, photographs, reports and everything necessary to document the process and to be able to disseminate it.

Restoration works at the Talamanca del Jarama Charterhouse
