Held on March 17, 2021, it analyzed the value of demographic studies as tools of transparency and social participation in the public management of Cultural Heritage.
In this meeting, the importance of information as a necessary tool for planning and public management was deepened. Likewise, some of the latest studies carried out in this field were presented, such as the Survey on social perception of Cultural Heritage in the Community of Madrid or a preview of the study on post-covid cultural habits carried out by the Ministry of Culture and Sports. to, finally, develop an analysis of good practices developed in Museums and discuss the future perspectives of these research techniques.
