RISK - Circus Festival of the Community of Madrid

A festival dedicated to the languages ​​of the circus

Riesgo. Circus Festival of the Community of Madrid, aims to bring the heterogeneity of the current circus to the public, broaden the collective imagination and create new references for this unknown art. In this first edition, seven shows have been carefully selected to give a sense of journey from classic circus languages ​​to the most groundbreaking.

Between January 30 and February 22, Teatros del Canal will host these shows that invite young and adult audiences to delve into the different circus universes and create a new common vocabulary. Belgium, France, Canada and Ukraine are just some of the countries that will be represented and that will premiere their proposals in Spain; along with other countries such as Italy, Argentina and Spain, which will premiere for the first time in the Community of Madrid.
