SMAC reconciliation certificate

If you were summoned for a conciliation act before the Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service (SMAC) of the community of Madrid and it could not be held due to the agreed sanitary measures and the declaration of the State of Alarm declared by Royal Decree 463/2020, of March 14, you can download the certificate that certifies such circumstance from here.
