Auxiliary Assistance Office in Registration Matters of the General Directorate of Investment and Local Development

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Offer all the information collected in the Information System of the Community of Madrid, as well as specific information related to its respective field of action.
• Guide and advise the citizen on the demands made in relation to the Administration of the Community of Madrid.

REGISTRY:

• Receive requests, writings and communications presented by citizens, as well as the documents that accompany them, addressed to the Public Administrations, and issue the receipts of the presentation.
• Issue sealed copies of the original documents provided by the interested parties and must act in the procedure.
• Verify the copies of the original documents that accompany the applications, writings and communications presented.
• Send requests, writings and communications to the recipient persons, bodies or administrative units.

MANAGEMENT OF SUGGESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS:

• Receive and record suggestions and complaints for the services provided by the Community of Madrid and submitted by citizens in the computer application established for this purpose. Access to the form >
• Help citizens in completing the forms they submit.
• Process and resolve those issues whose urgency and/or simplicity allow an immediate response.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE:

• Facilitate obtaining the AC certificate of citizen and public employee of the Community of Madrid (digital signature), issued by Camerfirma, to carry out any telematic procedure in the Community of Madrid.
