PROGRAM

1: INTRODUCTION TO KARATE: what it is and what it is for, rules to follow. GREETINGS.

2: CONDITIONING and specific warm-up for KARATE. Dynamic and creative with a game of mobility, reaction and general coordination of the body.

3: KIHON: fundamental technique of karate.

4: WORK on precision, speed, transition of movements, turns, elements of difficulty, ease, breathing, fluidity.

5: EXPLANATIONS OF OBJECTIVES AND FUNCTIONALITY OF KARATE: important points to influence.

6: APPLICATIONS IN PAIRS KARATE MOVEMENTS.

7: GAMES AIMED AT IMPROVING PHYSICAL-TECHNICAL PREPARATION Karate: legs, abdomen, arms. Coordination, psychomotricity, reflexes.

8: ELASTICITY AND RETURN TO CALM.

9: CLASSIC KARATE CEREMONY GREETING (farewell).
