ITINER NETWORK
The How to be a Photographer platform was born in 2021 with the purpose of showing the active and creative role that contemporary female photographers have taken, without which the artistic scene would be completely disfigured.
The exhibition titled “On Stage” shows an extensive catalog of photographs taken by 21 Ibero-American authors with a solid professional career.
This heterogeneous exhibition aims to provide access to the current value achieved in photography made by women, so that the cultural panorama can incorporate this fundamental element to understand the contemporary art scene. The exhibition presents a wide spectrum of proposals carried out by XNUMXst century photographers, with plural identities and styles. Through their contributions, the photography scene is exponentially enriched and there is evidence of the active participation of these creators today.
As a complement and with the purpose of bringing the work of these authors closer to the public, a set of meetings, both in person and online, will be organized around the exhibition. The photographers will talk to us about their work presented in the room from different proposed activities.
