Program

MODULE 1. Regulations associated with high-level and high-performance athletes. 5 hours.

  • Royal Decree 971/2007, of July 13, on high-level and high-performance athletes.
  • Special social security regime for athletes.
  • Special tax measures for athletes.

Teacher: Ignacio Muñoz-Delgado Carranza: Law degree with more than 15 years of professional experience as a lawyer. He is currently part of the team of lawyers at the firm GNGH ABOGADOS SLP. Former roller hockey player, coach of lower categories and was part of the Technical Staff of Club Patín Alcobendas in the first division and in the division of honor.

MODULE 4. Labor and training orientation of the DAN and DAR. 5 hours.

Teacher: Maria Victoria Martin Gonzalez. Degree in psychology. She coordinator of the Socio-Labor Orientation Center of the Anti-Drug Agency of the Community of Madrid for 4 years. Since 2004 she has worked as an Employment Technician in Employment Offices. In 2005 she participated in the implementation of the Labor Orientation project in the Network of employment offices of the Community of Madrid. She currently works as a General Administration Management Technician in the General Subdirectorate for Labor Integration of the DG Public Employment Service since 2017.

Teacher: Ana Sanchez Ranera. Degree in Business Administration and Management. Diploma in Business Sciences. Employment and Local Development Agent from 2009 to 2015. Responsible for job placement and prospecting at the Alcalá I Employment Office. Senior employment technician for the Community of Madrid from 2015 to the present.

MODULE 6. Motivation and other values ​​of athletes associated with job search. 5 hours.

Teacher: Oscar Penas Garcia. Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences. Social and labor counselor of the Higher Sports Council between 2009 and 2014. High-level athlete in Judo. MODULE 7. Specific training and employment resources for athletes. 5 hours.

  • Specific training and employment resources for athletes in the Community of Madrid.
  • Improvement proposals. Program experience and PODIO sessions (Observatory Program with Athletes in Employment Insertion and Orientation). Closing and evaluation of the course.

Upon request by the participant and with completion of the entire program, the corresponding workshop completion certificate will be delivered.

The training will have a total duration of 40 hours (24 hours of live classes and 16 remotely asynchronously through homework, tutorials, papers and final evaluation test).
