MODULE 1. Regulations associated with high-level and high-performance athletes. 5 hours.

Teacher: Maria Victoria Martin Gonzalez. Degree in psychology. She coordinator of the Socio-Labor Orientation Center of the Anti-Drug Agency of the Community of Madrid for 4 years. In 2005 she participated in the implementation of the Labor Orientation project in the Network of employment offices of the Community of Madrid. She currently works as a General Administration Management Technician in the General Subdirectorate for Labor Integration of the DG Public Employment Service since 2017.

MODULE 6. Motivation and other values ​​of athletes associated with job search. 5 hours.

MODULE 7. Specific training and employment resources for athletes. 5 hours.

  • Specific training and employment resources for athletes in the Community of Madrid.
  • Improvement proposals. Program experience and PODIO sessions (Observatory Program with Athletes in Employment Insertion and Orientation). Closing and evaluation of the course.

Upon request by the participant and with completion of the entire program, the corresponding workshop completion certificate will be delivered.

The training will have a total duration of 40 hours (24 hours of live classes and 16 remotely asynchronously through homework, tutorials, papers and final evaluation test).
