In the last two decades, the empowerment of women in this field has been made visible, due in part to its inclusion in the UN and UNESCO agenda, as well as the presence of Physical Education, Physical Activity and Sport.

In this talk we will share experiences and lines of action on the leadership of women in sports. Although there are positive advances, a lower level of representation of women is still reported in decision-making positions, as well as in areas of management, training or arbitration.
